1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking our AC repair services, or contacting us for service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. AC Services Description

AC Repair Ajmer provides professional air conditioning services including:

• AC repair (split, window, cassette, tower ACs)
• AC installation and setup
• AC maintenance and deep cleaning
• AC gas filling (R22, R32, R410A, etc.)
• AC shifting and relocation
• Emergency AC repair (24/7 service)

All services are provided by our certified technicians. Service availability depends on your location within Ajmer and surrounding areas.

3. Pricing & Payment

We believe in transparent pricing. Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Free Inspection: We provide free diagnosis for most AC issues before starting repair work.
• Upfront Quote: You will receive a written estimate before any work begins.
• Payment Methods: Cash, UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards accepted.
• Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional Charges: Emergency services outside regular hours (10 PM - 8 AM) may incur additional fees, communicated upfront.

4. Service Warranty

We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty:

• 6-Month Warranty: All repair work and installed spare parts are covered for 6 months from the date of service.
• What's Covered: Defects in workmanship, premature failure of replaced parts under normal use.
• What's Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, power surges, physical damage, pest infestation, or lack of regular maintenance.
• Warranty Claim: Contact us within the warranty period with your service receipt. We will inspect and rectify the issue free of charge.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and our technicians' schedules. Please review our cancellation policy:

• Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 2 hours before scheduled appointment at no charge.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellation within 2 hours of appointment may incur a cancellation fee of ₹200.
• No-Show: If our technician arrives and you are not available, a ₹250 trip charge applies.
• Refunds: If we cannot resolve your AC issue after reasonable effort, you may request a partial refund at our discretion.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our service, contact us within 3 days, and we'll make it right.

6. Customer Obligations

To ensure a safe and effective service, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the AC issue and service address.
• Ensure clear access to the AC unit (indoor and outdoor) for our technicians.
• Secure pets and children during service visits.
• Inform us of any electrical or safety hazards at the property.
• Make payment promptly upon service completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AC Repair Ajmer shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions not disclosed to our technicians.
• Issues resulting from power fluctuations, electrical faults, or third-party services.
• Loss of use, data, or profits related to AC downtime.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service provided.

8. Emergency Services (24/7)

We offer round-the-clock emergency AC repair services in Ajmer. Please note:

• Emergency response time: Typically 1-2 hours within Ajmer city limits.
• Emergency service fees are higher than regular rates (informed before dispatch).
• Emergency services are available for critical issues only (complete AC breakdown, water leakage, gas leak, no cooling).
• Non-emergency requests during night hours may be scheduled for the next regular business day.

9. Spare Parts Policy

When replacement parts are required:

• We use only genuine, original spare parts from authorized manufacturers.
• If original parts are unavailable, we will inform you and suggest approved alternatives.
• Replaced parts are covered under our 6-month warranty.
• Defective parts removed during repair become the property of AC Repair Ajmer unless requested otherwise.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
